The Penderel Group Inc. functions under the assumed name of Fourth Logic Systems.  We are organized as a C-Corporation and were founded in April 2007.  Our goal is to acquire $3,000,000, or more, of investment to finance the next 12-18 months of product launch and continual development.  This larger investment commitment will allow founders to: 1) move from unpaid to part/full-time; 2) hire additional staff; and, 3) make purchases of hardware and software.
