Richard A. Penderel, Chairman
Richard Penderel is the Chief Engineer overseeing the development of next generation military technology at General Dynamics.  He has previously sat on various boards of directors, an entrepreneur, inventor, and holds numerous patents.

Sean A. Penderel, President
Sean holds a Bachelors and Masters in Education and is completing a  PhD in Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  He taught in the public schools for 6 years and at the University level for 4 years.  Currently he is a sought after specialist in Educational Policy and specializes in Educational Philosophy and Technology.

Z. Stewart MacLean, Vice President
Stewart holds a Bachelors in Fine, Performing, and Communication Arts and has taught in both public and charter schools for 9 years.  Specializing in the use of technology in the music classroom.  Currently Stewart fills the role of CFO but will be moving to Chief of Educational Research in the future.

Dr. John R. Phelps, Director
John holds a BA degree from Columbia University, an MA from Teachers' College Columbia, and a Ph. D. from the Detroit Institute of Musical Art, a branch of Detroit's Wayne University.  He taught Instrumental Music in the Detroit Public Schools for 36 years.  He has been retired for 36 years and has been active as an organist, choral director, and as a composer.

Cheri L. MacLean, Director
Cheri is a retired senior systems analyst who has worked for or under contract with companies such as Bank of the Commonwealth, Toledo Trust, Honeywell, Control Data, D.O.C.S., U.S. Army Tank, Ford, General Motors, Michigan Consolidated Gas, and taught computer programming at Control Data Institute.
